The Role

As our Apprentice Support Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our apprentices’ success. You'll be the go-to person guiding our apprentices through every stage of their career journey. No two days will ever be the same — one moment you’ll be interviewing eager new apprentices, and the next, you’ll be celebrating their success stories!

Your responsibilities will include:

Screening and interviewing potential apprentices.

Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition

Monitor progress and performance, checking in regularly to keep them on track.

Be the first point of contact for apprentices, offering guidance, support, and motivation.

Build strong relationships with employers, RTOs, and training partners.

Promote MAG through engaging social media content and community involvement.

Stay on top of administration, compliance, and reporting

Requirements:

Strong administration skills to ensure smooth operations.

Exceptional efficiency to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Capability to handle apprentice issues with empathy and professionalism.

Immediate availability to start making a difference.
