As their project pipeline expands, they’re seeking a Civil Designer to join their team. someone eager to advance their technical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment alongside highly experienced industry professionals.

About the role:
As a Civil Designer, you’ll deliver design solutions across large scale subdivision, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll lead Civil 3D and/or 12D modelling, prepare design documentation, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements.

You’ll work closely with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design integrity, coordination, and timely project delivery. This is a technically rewarding position where you’ll see your designs take shape in the communities around you.

About you:

• Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in subdivisions, residential, or land development projects
• Strong civil design background with a sound understanding of infrastructure delivery
• Proficient in Civil 3D and/or 12D
• Familiarity with local authority standards and design guidelines
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
