Work on One of Brisbane's Largest Transport Projects

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join their transport team on a billion-dollar highway upgrade in South East Queensland. We begin the recruitment process now so you can commence in the project team in January.

The Role
This is a newly created position—evidence of genuine growth. My client needs a senior technical leader who can drive detailed design work while mentoring emerging talent. You'll be leading ideas, making key design decisions, and longer term contributing to wider team development.

Essential Requirements:

• Formal qualifications in civil engineering
• 10+ years' experience in detailed design and drafting for TMR projects (or equivalent)
• Expert-level 12D and Autocad software skills
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing other drafters
• Strong understanding of highway geometric design and TMR specifications
