Key Responsibilities

Lead electronic and systems engineering design for residential products

Manage NPD projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring performance, compliance, cost, and timing targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service

Provide technical support and field insights to improve product design and customer satisfaction

Mentor junior engineers and manage design changes via Windchill

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement through DFMEA, SFMEA, and 8D analysis

Skills & Experience

5+ years in electronic/electrical product development (consumer or industrial)

Bachelor's in Electronic or Electrical Engineering

Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and budget control

Experience with compliance standards and supplier management (preferably China-based)

Proficient in MS Project and technical documentation
