Crisp Mechanical, focuses on high-end residential and commercial projects, providing builders with complete HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions.

CrispAir is a long standing (~40 years) residential air conditioning company in the Perth market, specialising in servicing and installing systems across the extended Perth metro area.

Together, we combine forces to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers – and we're looking for motivated installers and technicians to join our growing team.

About the Roles:
We have multiple positions available across residential and commercial installation. If you have experience in any of the below, we'd love to hear from you:

VRV/VRF commercial or residential refrigeration installation

Ducted systems, wall split systems, or cassette system refrigeration installation

Flexible or rigid/semi-rigid duct installations

What You'll Bring:

Proven installation experience (references and/or photos of previous work required for duct installers)

A positive, reliable and safety-conscious attitude

Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

Qualifications (not all required for every role):

Certificate IV in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Certificate II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
(Duct installer roles do not require formal qualifications but experience must be proven.)
