Service delivery coordinator

Reliant Care needs a Service Coordinator to manage compliance and support our SIL and community staff and participants. This role includes onboarding new participants, managing staff and participants , completing service and lease agreements, and reporting to the NDIS.

A big part of the role includes completing regular reports and incident reports for stakeholders. You will also work closely with team leaders and staff, ensuring we deliver quality support. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in the NDIS space, are organised, attentive, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

Skills and experience

- Experience and knowledge of NDIS and/or the disability sector.

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and direction.

- Ability to understand and complete documentation accurately (case note and report writing).
