About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and caring Support Worker who can communicate fluently in Russian, Lithuanian, Polish, and English. This is a full-time position providing in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants across Melbourne.

You will assist clients with daily living, personal care, community participation, and achieving their individual goals while maintaining dignity, respect, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to participants in their homes and community.

Assist with daily living, personal care, and transport needs.

Encourage independence and social inclusion.

Maintain accurate notes and communicate effectively with the team.

Uphold NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

About You

Fluent in Russian, Lithuanian, Polish, and English (essential).

Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and First Aid/CPR.

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
