Client Service Consultant – Holiday Concepts | Cremorne (close to Richmond Station)

We’re looking for Client Service Consultants who are proactive, approachable, and not afraid to speak up — whether to ask for help or to offer support to a teammate. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and where genuine customer service comes first.
💬 We also have an opportunity for a bilingual Client Service Consultant fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken, written, and read) to assist our valued members in their preferred language.
This is not a travel agent position — it’s a customer service role with a mix of service, reservations, and light value-add sales. Think: “Would you like fries with that?” — friendly, helpful, and never pushy.
What you’ll do
Provide professional, friendly service to members via phone and email.
Handle booking requests, changes, and account enquiries efficiently and accurately.
Recommend and promote additional member options — such as bonus weeks, rentals, or upgrades — where they genuinely enhance the member’s experience.
Build rapport by understanding each member’s needs and tailoring solutions.
Maintain accurate records and meet team and individual goals for service and satisfaction.
Stay engaged and proactive — whether helping teammates, following up on tasks, or taking initiative during quieter periods.
What you’ll bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A confident, professional phone manner.
The ability to handle a range of customer interactions with patience and care.
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to both learn and assist others.
Experience in customer service, reservations, or contact centre environments (advantageous).
(For the bilingual role): Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, including written communication.
