The Role

We’re looking for friendly, energetic Casual Receptionists to join our team for the Christmas and Summer season (approx. 15–20 hours per week).

This is the perfect role for someone who loves people, enjoys variety, and thrives in a fast-paced resort environment.

You’ll be the welcoming face of our resort - helping guests check in, answering enquiries, managing bookings, and making sure every stay runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting guests with a smile and providing outstanding customer service
• Checking guests in and out efficiently
• Using our reservation system (RMS or similar) to manage bookings and payments
• Coordinating with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Sharing local knowledge and helping guests make the most of their stay
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the front office

What We’re Looking For

• Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality experience a bonus)
• Confident communicator who enjoys helping people
• A keen eye for detail and solid organisational skills
• Ability to handle cash and basic administration
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings – it’s the holiday season after all!
• Current driver’s licence essential
