BODY/SKIN THERAPIST – PART TIME (25 HOURS/WEEK)

About the Role

The Greville Clinic is a premium cosmetic and dermal clinic in South Yarra offering advanced skin, body, and injectable treatments. We are seeking an experienced and confident Skin & Body Therapist to join our growing team. This is a part-time role working Tuesday to Saturday – 25 hours per week, perfect for someone with strong hands-on treatment skills, excellent client care, and an interest in results-based treatment planning.

Shift Roster – 25 Hours Total : Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Treatment Experience Requirement

Body Treatments (required)

Client consultation: pre/post care, contraindications, photo documentation, measurements

Experience with combining 2–3 modalities in a treatment plan

Confidence in performing:

Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience with cryolipolysis treatments is required

HIFU Body Sculpting

Minimum 1-2 years of experience with HIFU body sculpting treatments is required

RF & Fat Cavitation

Minimum 6-12 months of experience with RF & fat cavitation treatments is required

Skin Therapy (preferred)

Client consultation with a focus on preparation, contraindications, and treatment planning

Experience with Aspect Dr products (preferred, not essential)

Confident performing and combining:

Skin Needling

HIFU Skin Tightening

Laser Genesis (Cutera)

Advanced facial treatments (Hydro & Diamond Microdermabrasion, Peels)

RF Microneedling

Other Responsibilities

Front desk coverage as needed

Assist with bookings and admin tasks delegated by the Business Operations Manager

Confident to call warm leads and guide clients into suitable treatment packages

Experience using Simple Salon CRM is an advantage (but not required)

What We're Looking For

· At least 2 years of experience in a cosmetic, skin or body-focused clinic

· Strong consultation and client education skills

· Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

· Great time management and team player

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Australian resident with availability to work in-clinic (no remote or overseas applicants)

· Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required for this position
