About the Role

We’re seeking a committed and reliable Beauty Therapist who is excited to grow with us long-term. You’ll perform advanced skin and body treatments and be part of a results-driven, client-focused environment.

2-3 weekdays per week to start (with flexibility to pick up more days depending on bookings)

Must be confident working independently when required

Training provided to upskill in laser, body contouring, and advanced modalities — great for long-term career growth

Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced treatments including DermaSweep, laser facials, SculpSure, microneedling, peels, and more

Conduct professional skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans

Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend home-care products

Drive rebookings, upgrades and retail sales to support client outcomes and clinic growth

Maintain high hygiene and safety standards

Be flexible, solutions-focused, and ready to grow with the team

Who We’re Looking For

Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Dermal Therapy

Practical, hands-on experience using laser technologies in a clinical or medi-aesthetic environment

Strong knowledge of skin, laser, and body contouring treatments

KPI-driven, with a focus on rebookings, treatment upgrades, and product recommendations

Reliable, professional, and proactive
