About the Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the AP function across multiple entities. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing, supplier management, and assisting with month-end duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Review, match, and code invoices in line with company policies
• Manage supplier queries and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end accruals and reporting
• Support the wider finance team as required

About You

• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• A team player with a positive and proactive approach
