Salesforce Administrator
Location: Brisbane (Fortitude Valley)
Contract: 6-Month Initial Term
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
Rate: Competitive Day Rate

We are supporting a large enterprise organisation through a major Salesforce transformation and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team. You'll be working full-time on-site with the client, supporting and optimising a highly customised Salesforce environment across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

About the Role

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access
• Maintain and enhance custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports
• Support system integrations, data integrity, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Assist with system updates, testing, and deployment of new features
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a medium to large organisation
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products
• Experience managing users, security, and data models
• Proficiency with Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards
• Familiarity with API integrations and working with technical teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred
