About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator (FIFO) to support operations across the Goldfields and remote communities. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in managing stock, preparing materials, and ensuring contractors have what they need to deliver projects safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory and prepare materials for contractors within required timelines.
• Monitor deliveries, pickups, and returns, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, completing daily pre-start checks.
• Travel to remote sites when required to deliver materials.

Requirements

• Current C Class driver’s licence (LR highly regarded).
• High Risk Forklift Licence (essential).
• First Aid Certificate.
• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within FIFO or remote settings.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
