As the Team Leader Enterprise Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organisation. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, influence strategic direction, and deliver high-impact enterprise solutions that support our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibility

• Strategic Leadership
  Align IT initiatives with organisational goals, foster innovation, and ensure responsiveness to changing business demands.
• Architectural Excellence
  Champion secure, scalable, and resilient IT architectures incorporating best practices in cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborative Partnership
  Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align systems and investments with strategic and operational priorities.
• System Integration & Optimization
  Lead integration and optimisation of enterprise applications to ensure seamless workflows and data consistency.
• Cross-Functional Guidance
  Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to implement efficient, future-proof IT solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Skill & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer Science, or related field Relevant certification such as PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF.
• Proven experience in enterprise IT leadership, architecture, and system integration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of cloud technologies, data governance, and cybersecurity.
• A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
