About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Brisbane construction team. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role suited to a confident construction professional with strong coordination and communication skills.

You’ll be the driving force onsite - ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with scopes, legislation, and quality standards. With a blend of supervision, client liaison, WHS compliance, and on-the-ground problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations for insurance repair projects

Ensure works are completed in line with scopes, NCC/BCA, and WHS standards

Liaise with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality

Conduct onsite compliance audits and quality control inspections

Manage site documentation, updates, and records through project management systems

Assist with trade procurement and materials, and contribute to budgeting and variations

Uphold Ezy Projects’ reputation through professional conduct, punctuality, and presentation

What You’ll Need

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction

Trade qualification (Cert III) and Cert IV in Building/Construction

Current QBCC Site Supervisor License

Construction Induction Card (White Card) and valid Driver’s Licence

Strong knowledge of NCC, BCA, and WHS requirements

Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to read scopes, interpret building plans, and identify policy-related repairs

Physically capable of accessing confined spaces, roof cavities, and heights

Experience in the insurance building sector highly regarded
