The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a talented team in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen

Shape and evolve a menu that celebrates premium Australian seafood and steak with a Japanese influence

Manage all kitchen operations including rostering, ordering, and cost control

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, consistency, and presentation

Mentor and develop a team culture built on respect, creativity, and excellence

About You

Proven success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-calibre, fast-paced environment

Chef Hat experience or fine dining background highly regarded

A hands-on leader who motivates by example and thrives under pressure

Deep passion for premium produce, innovation, and precision cookery

Strong organisational, financial, and leadership skills
