The Opportunity
As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind our kitchen operations and culinary identity. From designing innovative, gluten-free-friendly menus to mentoring a talented kitchen brigade, you’ll play a pivotal role in every aspect of our culinary journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and quality
Oversee production of all house-made items, ensuring Food safety standards are met
Train and mentor kitchen staff on best practices and allergen protocols
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control measures
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with the management team on promotions, special events, and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Head Chef who is both a strong leader and a passionate craftsman. A deep experience in menu creation, and managing a fast-paced professional kitchen is highly valued as well as experience with gluten-free or allergen-safe cooking practices.
You’ll Need:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in professional kitchens, including 3+ years in a leadership or Head Chef role
Proven ability to design and execute innovative, balanced menus
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, costing, staffing, and scheduling
Experience in maintaining allergen-safe environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities
A hands-on approach and commitment to upholding the restaurant’s values and reputation
