Who is Hello Home?

Hello Home are a buyer's advocate helping people buy their first (or 21st) home!

We take buyers through the whole process, from sourcing that elusive block of land or townhouse, to negotiating on contracts, designing their new home, and working with builders to ensure a stress-free experience and an awesome home at the end of the day.

We work across all new property, so townhouses, apartments and house and land, and we're 100% independent.

We have an office in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast.

What is the role?

Put simply, the role involves helping people find the right property for them, and guiding them through the process of purchasing, from:

1. Working with finance providers to understand the buyers borrowing capacity and steps to approval;

2. Searching for the best property option within their borrowing capacity and desired areas to live, across all new property.

3. Negotiating and working with developers and/or builders to bring together the property purchase, including negotiating EOI's and contract terms, land purchases, new home design, build quotes and contracts and

4. Assisting buyers all the way through from signing contracts to valuations and finance approval, building inspections, settlement and handover (with some help of course from our wonderful contracts admin team!

We have a small, energetic team. You will be supported by our Director, our superb contracts administrator, a wonderful marketing co-ordinator and plenty of training will be provided as needed.

It is highly rewarding helping people buy their first home and take their first step to financial security.

The area covered for this role will be throughout the Sunny Coast and down to Northern Brisbane, so some travel will be required.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who knows and loves property and loves helping people.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Some of the key things we are looking for:

A strong knowledge of the Sunny Coast property market, experience within real estate, new home design or construction, town planning or other aspects of the property development industry.

Pro-activity! Love to have a crack, find a solution, make the deal happen and fight the fight for your clients!

A willingness to work hard to achieve exceptional results.

A clear and confident communicator, whether over the phone, over email or in person.

Someone who loves a challenge, is self motivated, and solutions focused.

A willingness to follow-up leads, work new opportunities to spread the word about the business and generate new leads.

A drivers license and car.

Innovative, comfortable with technology and working on the run.

3. Dollars

A weekly base salary of $60,000 plus commission giving you the opportunity to earn a three figure salary.
