An exciting role exists for a Property Consultant (Leasing Manager/Field Agent) to join our office located at Woolloongabba servicing the Southside of Brisbane to the Gold Coast.

This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and offers variety in your day as you spend much of your time on the road, managing and visiting properties within your portfolio.

We are a family owned specialist Property Management company. With properties in Brisbane and greater surrounds, we are looking for a person who has a genuine passion.

Key attributes of the successful candidate would include:

• High level of communication - both written & verbal
• To be able to work in a team environment - relaying feedback & working together with other team members
• Physically fit - this role requires driving & moving for rent signs as required
• Possess a positive 'can do' attitude
• Able to work autonomously

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Property viewings
• Liaising with prospective Tenants to find them a suitable property (providing a high level of service)
• Routine inspections
• Entry Condition Reports
• Exit Condition Reports

The successful candidate must have:

• Real Estate Certificate
• Active MANUAL Driver's license
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (never more than 5 days a week)
• Experience working in the Real Estate Industry is highly advantageous, but training will be provided
