About the Role
We are seeking experienced RNs to assist our client 24/7.
Duties include:
- Full personal care, transfers, and mobility support (using hoist, Sara Steady, wheelchair)
- Assistance with meals and safe feeding
- Medication management and monitoring
- Monitoring and responding to seizures or other medical events
- Observing safety precautions, including use of bed rails and fall prevention
- Recording accurate progress notes and detailed handovers between shifts
- Supporting sleepover shifts with active monitoring via remote system
- 15 minutes walk from Manly Wharf
- Free secure parking
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in complex homecare or high-acuity settings
- Experience with post-stroke care, mobility support, or neuro conditions
- Manual handling experience and competency with hoists or transfer aids
- Current First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively with family and house staff
- Available from 17th Dec - 15th January (rotating shifts)
