Do you have a passion for football and a drive to help players unlock their potential? Vision Football — the largest football academy on Sydney’s North Shore — is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academy Soccer Coaches to join our team.

We coach over 800 players each week across our partner clubs and Academy programs, with a team of more than 50 coaches dedicated to raising the standard of player development.

What you’ll do

Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for players across JDL, Super League, Diamond League, and Academy programs.

Coach within our development programs, designed for players of all abilities to build confidence, skill, and love for the game.

Work with players ranging from beginners through to U18 Super League level.

(Optional) Attend matches on weekends depending on program involvement.

Contribute to a positive, professional, and player-focused training environment.

What we’re looking for

Qualifications: Foundations of Football Certificate (can be completed once you join).

Experience: All levels welcome — from new coaches to those working at elite youth level.

Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork. A genuine passion for developing young players.
