About Us:

Core Fitness Newcastle is a family-owned functional fitness hub in Gateshead. We’ve got three killer programs - Core Strength, Core Ladies, and Core Mummas - plus a top-tier recovery and wellness center (Core Recovery). We’re proud to be independent, with a major focus on community and helping our members crush their goals! 💪

We’re looking for someone to coach across multiple program streams and be a positive force in our members’ lives. Here’s what we need:

What You’ll Bring:

- Passion for fitness and experience coaching functional movements 🏋️‍♀️
- Ability to coach group sessions and keep the vibes high
- Strong skills building connections with members, both in and out of class
- Great communicator who knows how to motivate and inspire 👌
- Experience with pre/post-natal coaching? Huge plus!
- Sales experience in the fitness industry and social media savvy? Even better
- Cert III in Fitness minimum (higher qualifications or CF levels are a bonus)
