About the role

We are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our dynamic team at Green Earth Electrical. This full-time role - Monday to Friday only, no weekend work - is based in North Geelong, VIC 3215 - and will involve delivering a range of electrical services as well as solar and battery services to both residential and commercial customers.

Immediate start

What you'll be doing:

Performing electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to the highest industry standards

Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues across a variety of projects

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes

Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients

Maintaining detailed job records and completing all necessary administrative tasks

Supporting and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices as required

Computer work is required (not the main focus but part of the job) - quoting, adding parts & time into GeoOp after each job, possible design work with NearMaps

What we're looking for:

A current A Grade Electrician license and several years of hands-on experience

SAA accreditation preferred

White card & working with heights

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures and industry regulations

Paperwork, including quoting & design, is part of the role - must feel confident with a computer. On site training is provided.

Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Ability to be able to converse with customers and feel confident being able to have great communication abilities when clients have questions

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
