The Opportunity
A newly established, 6-month fixed term contract is available for a Group Finance Manager to take ownership of senior statutory and ASX reporting across the organisation. You will work alongside an experienced Group Financial Controller and lead the end-to-end consolidation and disclosure process while the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead group ASX statutory reporting including Appendix 4D/4E disclosures and consolidations.
Manage and review financial statements for parent and subsidiary entities.
Oversee inter-company eliminations, balance-sheet reconciliations and consolidation workings.
Collaborate with audit, tax and external advisers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Prepare board-level financial packs and commentary for the executive team.
Drive enhancements to reporting systems, processes and reporting frameworks.
Support a small team responsible for BAU accounting while focusing on group reporting.
About You
CA/CPA qualified with 5 years in Big 4 audit plus 5 years’ experience in an ASX-listed finance role at group consolidated level.
Deep expertise in statutory reporting, disclosures, financial statements and consolidations.
Strong understanding of inter-company accounting, cash flow, and balance-sheet integrity.
Proven technical skills with reporting tools and ability to manage deadlines and complexity.
Excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and external parties.
