About The Role

As an independent contractor you will primarily be on the road responding to consumer service calls within an agreed territory. You will also be able to choose your working hours and days, to allow greater flexibility. Diagnose, repair and service domestic appliances, together with completing job administration on your company issued device. Ensure all equipment is tested and calibrated in accordance with industry standards.

What You'll Do

Service and Repair domestic appliances

Daily interaction with Consumers and Retailers

Working closely with Service Allocations Team & Field Service Manager

Manage spare parts and van stock to enable first visit resolution

Accurate & timely completion of service jobs via company issued technology

Adhere to all work, health & safety requirements

Who You Are

Hold a relevant License & Certification to comply with state Legislation

Business registration (ABN)

Current Public Liability Insurance ($10 million) or necessary insurances

Availability & flexibility to cover a metropolitan service area

Laundry, kitchen, or white goods experience advantageous

Sound technical knowledge of appliances to diagnose and problem solve

Skilled in proper use of necessary tools, equipment to ensure optimal use

Excellent customer service and effective communication skills
