About the role:
Are you mechanically minded, enjoy solving problems, and love being out in the field? We’re on the lookout for a Technical Service Representative to join our clients’ team on a casual, part-time basis in Mount Isa, working 2-3 days per week.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, independent, and enjoys working directly with customers to keep things running smoothly.

Duties:

• Visiting customer sites to provide service and support for water treatment systems and related equipment.
• Performing start-ups, preventative maintenance, repairs, and basic operational training.
• Adjusting chemical dosages and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Documenting service visits and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting customer training and working closely with sales teams to identify needs.
• Ensuring safety standards are always met.

Skills/Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in field service, troubleshooting, or repairs.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Comfortable working flexible hours and independently.
• High school diploma required; trade certification or associate degree preferred.
