About the Role
Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking an experienced Field & Workshop Technician. This role involves both workshop-based and field service work, supporting mobile screens and crushers across Australia.
Responding to technical calls and providing expert advice.
Servicing, repairing, and commissioning mobile crushing and screening equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs both on-site and in the workshop.
Preparing hire equipment for dispatch and assisting on new builds.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who enjoys variety and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
About You
Relevant trade qualifications (Diesel Technician, Mechanical/Hydraulic Fitter, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or similar).
Extensive industry experience with the ability to work independently.
Advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems, and diesel engines.
The ability to work at pace under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with agricultural, earthmoving, mobile quarrying, or other heavy-duty industrial equipment.
Current manual driver’s licence, forklift licence and white card.
