ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this FP&A Senior Analyst position will be a key link between finance and the wider business. You'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while partnering with key stakeholders to provide insights that shape strategy and improve financial outcomes.
This is an ideal role for a driven FP&A professional who enjoys combining analysis with business partnering and is looking to make a genuine impact within a global organisation.
DUTIES
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Partner with commercial, sales, and supply chain teams to provide actionable insights
Prepare management reporting packs, P&L analysis, and variance commentary
Drive process and reporting improvements across finance systems and tools
Support ERP implementation and data transition projects
Identify key financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with senior leadership to improve business performance and profitability
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years' experience in FP&A or management accounting
Background in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, TM1, or NetSuite advantageous)
CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
Full Australian working rights required (no sponsorship available)
