About your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day project management of implementing new warehouse operations and facilities. This will include, but won’t be limited to –

• Manage inventory migration between warehouses
• Customer transitions into or out of warehouse facilities
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives as required, such as new racking layouts, automation, systems, etc
• Proactively identify risks and proactively resolve
• Lead project teams, run project meetings and facilitate requirements workshops
• Preparation of status reports, establishment of effective project communication plans and ensuring timely execution

About you

• Sound knowledge of relevant industry legislation
• Previous management experience in large projects, ideally 5+ years
• Advanced MS Office skills, PROCARS, TANGO
• Tertiary studies in a related discipline eg, Business Degree, MBA, etc
• Experience and sound knowledge of air or ocean freight operations, both import and export
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach
