Heathcote East Public School OSHC is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Coordinator/Nominated Supervisor to lead our small, community-focused 45 place Out of School Hours Care service.

About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of the OSHC program (Before, After & Vacation Care)

Lead and support a small, dedicated team of educators

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and all regulatory requirements

Build strong partnerships with families, the school community, and key stakeholders

Develop and implement fun, meaningful programs that reflect children’s interests and wellbeing

About You

Qualification in Children’s Services, Education, or related field (desired but not essential)

Eligibility to be a Nominated Supervisor under ACECQA requirements

Experience working in OSHC or early childhood settings

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
