About the role
Lead consultative sales in our premium building products showroom, working directly with designers, architects, and homeowners to bring their projects to life. Build lasting relationships with trade and design professionals whilst providing expert product selection guidance. You'll represent market-leading brands in Brisbane's design community and be supported by strong marketing, product support, and logistics teams.

This role includes Saturday work as part of our customer-focused operating schedule.
Duties
• Consult with clients on premium building product selection and design solutions
• Build relationships with designers, architects, and trade professionals
• Provide expert product guidance and technical support to customers
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays to premium standards
• Process sales orders and coordinate delivery logistics with internal teams

Skills & experience
• Strong communication and people skills essential
• Customer-focused approach with professional presentation
• Interest in design, interiors, or building products preferred
• Retail or sales experience helpful but not essential
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
