Duration: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract + extensions
Salary: $120,000 + Super

About your new role

As the Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in two major transformation projects — supporting the replacement of Oracle Fusion and contributing to Phase 2 of a large-scale Portal initiative, which includes implementing a new ERP system.

You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, vendors, and technical teams to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into effective system solutions. You’ll also be hands-on in testing, validation, and data management, ensuring smooth delivery and business continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Producing process maps, technical specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Supporting testing and user acceptance activities to validate system functionality.
• Assisting with day-to-day data management, reporting and analysis.
• Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance efficiency.

About you

You’re an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. You have a strong understanding of ERP systems and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Sage X3, or Microsoft Business Central.
• Strong process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• A continuous improvement mindset and excellent problem-solving ability.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
