JCPRP Health Clinician
As a Health Clinician with the Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP), you’ll play a vital role in providing trauma-informed clinical services in responding to JCPRP investigations where children, young people, and families are referred to the service. Working within a dynamic, multiagency team alongside NSW Police and the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), you’ll bring your expertise and compassion to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children in our communities.

Remuneration: $77,358.00 - $116,038.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Relevant Tertiary qualification (Social Work, Psychology) with AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership to the relevant Australian peak body (AASW, APS).
Experience in the provision of counselling and/ or experience within NSW Health/ Albury-Wodonga Health or other releavnt Health Service.
Skills, experience and knowledge of the provision of crisis, therapeutic and other clinical responses to victims of sexual assault and physical abuse and neglect of children.
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and written, with an ability to engage children and young people.
Ability and willingness to participate in Violence, Abuse and Neglect coverage where necessary
