About the role

St Leonard's Medical Clinic is looking for an experienced Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner (GP) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established and supportive medical practice located in the heart of St Leonards, NSW.

As a part-time VR GP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care to our diverse patient base. Your focus will be on delivering personalised, evidence-based treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive medical consultations and examinations

Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests

Providing preventive health advice and education to patients

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care

Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records

Adhering to all relevant medical regulations and practice policies

What we're looking for

Fully qualified and registered as a Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner

Minimum 1 years of post-Fellowship experience in general practice

Strong clinical expertise in a broad range of primary care disciplines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
