Australian owned and operated Hardware and Hand Tool supplier, founded in 1978, is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable & Data Entry officer to join our friendly team, with a strong focus on Customer Service.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Provide excellent customer service

- Enter a high volume of sales orders daily

- Strong management of any outstanding debtors via phone & email

- Support sales team and maintain customer database

- Liaise with warehouse staff and freight companies

- Allocation & payments

- Filing and ordering of office supplies

- Ensure office and meeting room is in a clean and presentable manner

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional phone manner

- 3+ years in a similar role with Accounts Receivable experience

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Very good numeric skills

- Strong attention to detail, well organised, reliable and a fast learner

- Respond to clients in a timely manner

Schedule:

Full-time Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
