About the role

Join the team at West Coast Limestone as a Block Layer. This dynamic role involves laying Limestone blocks to construct retaining walls as part of the company's building projects. The position is based in Anketell, Western Australia with up and coming projects in the same area.

What you'll be doing

Laying limestone blocks with the aid of machinery, either a skid steer or excavator will place the blocks.

Measure, cut, and shape blocks as required

Apply mortar and set blocks in place with attention to alignment, plumb, and level

Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on schedule

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Block Layer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting

Strong attention to detail

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
