About the Role

We are looking for Trainee Retaining Wall Builders to join our crew. No experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training—all we need from you is the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Your Role Will Include:

✅ Preparing footings and assisting in wall construction
✅ Mixing and transporting cement using a bobcat
✅ Finishing walls with mortar and brushes
✅ Keeping tools, machinery, and worksites clean and organized
✅ Supporting the team to maintain high productivity
✅ Following all safety protocols and PPE requirements

What You Need to Apply

A great attitude and strong work ethic – We care more about character than experience!
Driver's license & reliable transport (required)
Construction White Card or Blue Card (mandatory)
Bobcat license & Quick Cut operator ticket (preferred, but not essential)
Commitment to safety – Willingness to wear full PPE and comply with all safety standards
Ability to pass daily alcohol testing & random drug testing (zero tolerance policy)
