The Role

We’re on the lookout for experienced casual waitstaff (section holders) to join our team, people who love to make diners smile, feel welcomed, and embrace true Italian culture.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an a la carte restaurant as a section waiter, including full table and wine service

Experience using Order Mate (advantageous)

Keen interest in Italian food and knowledge of basic wine varietals

Passion for outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences

Professional, organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask

Well presented, punctual, and hardworking with a fun attitude

Availability for both lunch and dinner services, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during peak seasons

Valid Victorian RSA

Ability to carry three plates
