About the Role

As a Section Waiter, you’ll be responsible for managing your own section with confidence and delivering polished, attentive service that reflects the Meat Flour Wine standard.

Your role includes:

Providing professional, engaging, and personalised table service

Recommending Italian products, wines, and cocktails to enhance the guest experience

Managing your section efficiently during peak service

Communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar teams

Ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a busy restaurant or similar venue or in an Italian restaurant

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided for the right person)

A polished, energetic, and proactive approach to service

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and building guest connections
