This is an amazing opportunity for a ready made Construction Manager who wants to play a key role in running multiple projects and teams across Sydney.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and lead the companies portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, ensuring effective management across multiple initiatives.
• Take full responsibility for all commercial and construction activities, including head contracts, subcontracts, procurement, budgeting, cost control, delivery, and project cash flows.
• Foster innovation by introducing new work practices, construction methods, and materials to enhance construction efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic business planning and development.
• Implement a strong performance management framework, ensuring transparency in time, cost, and profit across all projects, while focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.

TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Substantial experience within a Tier 2 residential and commercial construction environment - minimum of 5 years in a Senior Project Management role, or in the capacity of Construction Manager
• Degree qualification in building construction or engineering
• Proven track record in the management of significant multi-projects within all sector
• Awareness of risk, contractual and financial performance
• Strong leadership in the area of performance management without compromising the group's employee commitment and cultural values
