The Opportunity

Auswalk is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role blends your passion for travel with your proven ability to convert leads into loyal customers. You’ll help walkers design their dream trips while contributing to Auswalk’s continued success and growth.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

Convert leads and follow up on abandoned bookings

Communicate promotions and nurture enquiries in Salesforce

Build rapport with customers at key journey points (post-booking, pre-walk, post-walk)

Manage end-to-end bookings with accuracy and care

Actively develop repeat business and collect client testimonials

Maintain expert knowledge of Auswalk’s guided and self-guided products

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a proven sales superstar with experience across TeleSales and/or lead conversion. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

Confident communication and interpersonal skills

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

A target-driven mindset and ability to work efficiently

Passion for travel, outdoor adventure and customer service
