Graphic Designer – Beauty & E-Commerce

Location: One V Salon Head office in bondi junction.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a passion for beauty industry. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in both the digital and physical retail worlds, from designing online visuals to producing stunning in-store displays and product packaging.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to bring our brand vision to life across every touchpoint—online, on-shelf, and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Design packaging for beauty products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and a premium, on-trend aesthetic.

Create below-the-line (BTL) materials such as in-store point-of-sale (POS) displays, retail signage, counter cards, and window visuals for department stores and salon environments.

Develop and execute digital assets for e-commerce platforms, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.

Support the development of brand campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across digital and print.

Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize imagery for conversion and user engagement.

Liaise with printers, suppliers, and production partners to ensure the highest quality output for all physical materials.

Stay up to date with beauty, retail, and digital design trends to continually evolve our creative direction.

About You

3+ years of professional design experience in digital, packaging, or retail environments, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of digital design (e-commerce, web, social) and physical design (packaging, in-store display).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

Excellent understanding of brand storytelling, typography, and layout.

Experience preparing print-ready files and working with production suppliers.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for the beauty industry and an eye for trends and aesthetics.
