The Opportunity

If you’re a Credit Analyst or Banker ready to move to the client-facing side of finance, this is your opportunity to step up.

We’re looking for someone analytical and driven who wants to develop into a fully accredited mortgage broker. You’ll work closely with our lead broker, learning the full process — from client discovery and loan structuring through to settlement and post-settlement care.

You’ll gain exposure to residential, commercial, and development lending, supported by our accounting division and a steady workflow of clients. Over time, you’ll complete your broker registration, build your own portfolio, and earn commissions on self-sourced business — all while receiving mentorship and guidance every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Support clients through the entire loan process, from application to settlement.

Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, and referral partners, providing regular updates.

Analyse financial statements, serviceability, and loan structures.

Work with accountants and brokers to deliver strategic finance solutions.

Prepare, review, and submit loan applications with high accuracy and compliance.

Progress toward managing your own clients once accredited.

About You

2+ years’ experience in banking, credit, or finance (essential).

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (preferred).

Exposure to residential and/or commercial lending.

Strong understanding of financial statements and tax returns.

Excellent communicator with a professional and client-focused approach.

Passionate about finance and helping clients achieve their goals.

Willing to complete MFAA/FBAA accreditation (we’ll assist).
