Role Description

We have x2 vacancies and are looking to employ a Building Manager & an Assistant Building Manager, both will be mainly located in the Redfern/Surry Hills area NSW.

You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards are met, managing budgets, and communicating effectively with tenants and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include coordinating building services, managing maintenance & repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability practices.
