About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties. You’ll handle all aspects of end-to-end property management—supported by a dedicated team so you can focus on what you do best.

Routine inspections, vacates, and entries are handled by our inspection support staff

Modern, cloud-based systems (PropertyMe and Inspection Express) streamline your day

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a residential portfolio

Solid understanding of end-to-end property management

Proficiency with PropertyMe and Inspection Express (or similar systems)

Current QLD Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate

Professional communication skills with a calm, solution-focused mindset

A genuine passion for helping landlords and tenants alike

Permanent residency or full working rights in Australia
