About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Australia Post counter staff to join the team in Malaga/Baywater, Western Australia. As part of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-store Australia Post services.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with their postal and parcel service needs

Processing mail, parcel, and other postal transactions efficiently and accurately

Maintaining stock levels and replenishing Australia Post supplies as required

Providing information to customers about postal products and services

Collaborating with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Adhering to Australia Post and company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably with exposure to postal or parcel services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and technology

A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to deliver exceptional customer service

Flexibility to work a casual schedule.
