Your Role: We are calling for compassionate and skilled Allied Health Assistants specialising in Psychology. This role is ideal for students in their final year or entry-level professionals. You will be required to travel to workplaces, client homes, and our offices in Parramatta.
Duties and Tasks:
Assist in conducting psychological assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
Support the delivery of therapy services in homes, community settings, and workplaces.
Facilitate individual services and group programs.
Document and report on client progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Provide services under the NDIS and other government and related contracts.
Key Skills and Capabilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organisational and time management skills.
Empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.
Basic knowledge of psychological principles and practices.
Flexibility and adaptability to different environments and client needs.
Ability and willingness to work with clients who have behavioural, sensory, or other complex needs.
Desirable:
Valid driver's licence.
Willingness to travel.
Access to a motor vehicle.
