We require a full-time team member to join our team based at our warehouse in Mulgrave, Monday – Friday.

Back to Sleep, is a specialised showroom in the heart of Balwyn, and is made up of an amazing, supportive, and passionate team focusing on providing sleep advice, sleep products (mattresses, adjustable beds), and other mobility aids (lift chairs, walkers, etc.) for both medical and non-medical needs, in the Retail and Government funded (NDIS & Home Care) sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of the warehouse

Forklift operation

Open/close of the warehouse

Warehouse Cleaning, Organisation and Maintenance

General housekeeping duties (e.g. tidying, sweeping, cleaning trucks/vans, etc.)

General manual handling/heavy lifting (over 25 kilograms)

Stocktake

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

Accepting deliveries from suppliers

Stock and inventory checks via point-of-sale software

Fulfilling, picking, and packaging customer orders for dispatch

Data Entry

Picking up stock from suppliers when required

Other duties as required

Candidates are required to be able to work in a team-oriented environment. There will be times when you are required to work alone, so you must be a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously.

We will provide broad in-house training to the right candidate.

A valid driver's licence and current police check are essential, and you must have full working rights in Australia.

You must have:

Full Driver's licence

LF (Counterbalance) forklift licence

Current police check (< 2 years old) or willing to get one before starting

You will required to pass an NDIS worker screening as a condition of your employment, but the cost of this will be reimbursed to you.
