About the role

MotorOne Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Person to join our team in our Bayswater, VIC location.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution and logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, sorting and storing incoming stock items in the appropriate locations

Picking, packing and dispatching outgoing orders accurately and on time – heavy lifting involved including 20lt drums

Maintaining detailed and accurate inventory records

Assisting with the management of the warehouse layout and organisation

Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, safe and compliant with all relevant regulations

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Supporting the wider logistics and distribution team as needed

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a similar warehousing or store person role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Forklift licence is mandatory

Good communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with freight management systems
